We offer high quality education on our products, maintenance and service of climate systems, in the entire Nordics. With a long-standing experience around most heating and cooling systems, we offer our customers a strong after-market support.
Our education program consists of four levels, where we guide our customers on everything from the basics of electronics, to advanced diagnostics and maintenance.
Education can be provided both on location and virtually.
Level 1: Electronics and mechanics (the basics of diesel heaters)
Level one of our education program provides the basic knowledge on the electronics in our climate systems, their function and construct, as well as guidance on the proper tools for maintaining our products.
Level 2: Electronics and mechanics (air- and water powered diesel heaters)
Level two of our education program contains additional guidance on the electronics in air- and water powered heaters, as well as on basic diagnostics.
Level 3: Basic maintenance and service
Level three of our education program covers special training on all of our climate systems, and focuses on practical guidance on maintenance and repairs.
Level 4: Advanced service and diagnostics
Level four of our education program covers advanced diagnostics on our climate systems, troubleshooting, and independent software updating.
